Habibullah not to take up Kashmir RTI post

New Delhi, Feb 15, Chief Information Commissioner Wajahat Habibullah, who resigned from his post last year to join the newly set up Jammu and Kashmir State Information Commission (JKSIC), has reportedly told state Chief Minister Omar Abdullah that he will not be able to take the post.
